Delivery & Pickup:
We offer free pickup and delivery within Shahama and selected Abu Dhabi areas.
Delivery timelines may vary based on workload, traffic, or public holidays.

  1. Payments

Payments may be made in cash upon delivery or through approved digital payment methods.

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of applicable VAT.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing or promotions without prior notice.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must clearly label and check items before submitting them.

We are not responsible for damage caused by defective materials, hidden stains, or manufacturer defects.

Garments not collected within 60 days after delivery notification may be donated or disposed of.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We handle every garment with utmost care; however, in rare cases of loss or damage, compensation will not exceed 10 times the cleaning charge of the affected item.

We are not liable for shrinkage, color fading, or wear resulting from normal washing or dry-cleaning processes.

The website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
